Please note: only the board and case, no batteries. The four strings of batteries must be assembled in separate capacity. When the output power exceeds 120W, a high-rate lithium battery must be used, otherwise the battery may not be able to discharge.
First select a 20 x 18650 battery (internal resistance and voltage should be the same), connect five batteries in parallel to form four groups, then connect the four groups of batteries in series, and lead out five wires. Use a multimeter to confirm the voltage of the five wires. (should be A-0V, B-4.2V, C-8.4V, D-12.6V, E-16.8V), and then solder the five solder joints on the PCB in sequence, 0-4.2V-8.4V- 12.6V-16.8V.
Special attention: the cables should be fixed well, they should not be touched together, and the welding must not be short-circuited, and must be welded in sequence from 0V
The intelligent fast charging of PD products must meet three conditions:
1 The charger must have PD protocol (not QC fast charge)
2 The charging cable must be a Type-c PD dedicated charging cable
3 Electrical equipment must have PD protocol
All three are indispensable, otherwise it can only be powered by 5V, and some cables may not be charged yet.
